Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective Date: March 2026 | Last Updated: March 2026
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WANDERER PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. About Wanderer and the Nature of Our Services
Wanderer (operated by [NOME COMPAGNIA IN DEFINIZIONE], an Italian SRL Innovativa, hereinafter "Wanderer," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology platform accessible at www.wanderer.live that provides an online marketplace and directory service enabling independent hosts ("Hosts") to advertise spiritual events, experiences, gatherings, and activities to members of the public ("Wanderers" or "Attendees"). Wanderer operates solely as a neutral technology intermediary.
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD:
Wanderer is not an event organizer, promoter, operator, or co-host of any event listed on the Platform.
Wanderer does not endorse, recommend, verify, approve, or certify any event, Host, venue, substance, practice, or activity.
Wanderer does not investigate, assess, or confirm the legality of any event in any jurisdiction.
Wanderer has no involvement in the planning, organization, operation, or execution of any event.
Wanderer does not employ, supervise, or control Hosts or Attendees.
Wanderer is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Attendees.
The relationship between Wanderer and its users is analogous to a classified listing service or online bulletin board. Wanderer merely provides the technical infrastructure for Hosts to post listings and for Attendees to discover them. All responsibility for event content, conduct, legality, and safety rests exclusively with Hosts and Attendees.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@wanderer.live upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Legal Compliance — Absolute User Responsibility
THIS SECTION CONTAINS CRITICAL OBLIGATIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL LIABILITY, CIVIL CLAIMS, ACCOUNT TERMINATION, AND FORFEITURE OF ALL FEES PAID.
3.1 Host Legal Compliance Obligations
Each Host bears sole, exclusive, and non-delegable responsibility for ensuring that every event they list on the Platform fully complies with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, and requirements in every relevant jurisdiction. This includes without limitation:
Verifying the legality of the event, its activities, and any substances involved under the laws of all applicable jurisdictions.
Obtaining all required permits, licenses, approvals, and registrations before listing or conducting the event.
Ensuring compliance with public health and safety regulations, fire codes, and occupancy limits.
Providing lawful, complete, and non-misleading event descriptions.
Properly handling all personal data collected from Attendees in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
Complying with all applicable tax laws, including collection and remittance of taxes on ticket sales or fees.
Complying with applicable consumer protection and refund laws when payments are collected from Attendees.
3.2 Plant Medicine and Variable-Legality Activities
Wanderer is an international platform. Activities, substances, ceremonies, and experiences may be lawful in one jurisdiction and criminal in another. Hosts and Attendees must be particularly aware of this regarding:
Plant-based medicine ceremonies (e.g., ayahuasca, peyote, psilocybin, ibogaine): may be legally conducted in certain countries under religious or cultural exemptions but are prohibited — often as serious criminal offenses — in many others. THE HOST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING LEGALITY IN ALL RELEVANT JURISDICTIONS.
Cannabis, alcoholic beverages, and other controlled substances: legal status varies widely across jurisdictions.
Traditional, cultural, or spiritual ceremonies involving controlled activities.
WANDERER MAKES NO DETERMINATION REGARDING THE LEGALITY OF ANY EVENT, ACTIVITY, SUBSTANCE, OR PRACTICE IN ANY JURISDICTION. THE PRESENCE OF AN EVENT ON THE PLATFORM IS NOT AN INDICATION, ENDORSEMENT, OR CONFIRMATION OF LEGALITY.
3.3 Attendee Responsibility
Attendees are independently responsible for: (a) researching and verifying the legality of attending any event; (b) assessing the health, safety, and suitability of the event for their personal circumstances; (c) obtaining any required visas or travel documents; and (d) understanding all risks associated with any activity before participating.
4. Host Terms and Representations
4.1 Host Representations and Warranties
By creating any event listing on the Platform, the Host represents and warrants that:
The Host has conducted a thorough, independent investigation of the legality of the proposed event in all applicable jurisdictions.
All event descriptions, images, and materials are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
The Host has obtained or will obtain all required permits, licenses, and authorizations prior to conducting the event.
The Host will conduct the event safely and in compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements.
The Host is solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from event listings and ticket sales, regardless of payment method used.
The Host will handle all personal data of Attendees — including WhatsApp numbers and Instagram handles accessed via the platform — solely for the purpose of event management and in compliance with applicable data protection law. This data must not be used for commercial solicitation, added to mailing lists, or shared with third parties.
4.2 Event Location
Hosts must provide at minimum a city-level location, which is required for the event to appear on the platform map. The decision of whether to publish the full venue address publicly in the event listing, or to share it privately only with confirmed Attendees after registration, rests entirely with the Host.
For events held in private residences or non-commercial spaces, Wanderer recommends sharing the precise address only with confirmed registrants — but this is advisory only and not a platform requirement. The city field is the only location data required for publication.
4.3 Payments and Pricing
Hosts may choose to collect payment through one of the following methods:
Payment Method
How It Works
Wanderer's Role
Platform (Stripe)
Payment collected through Wanderer at booking. Stripe processes the transaction. Wanderer applies a platform commission.
Payment processor; commission applies; refund management available.
Cash / Off-platform
Host manages payment directly with Attendees outside the platform, before or at the event.
No involvement. No visibility. No protection or dispute resolution.
Free Event
No payment collected. Event is free to attend.
No commission applies.
Donation-based
Attendees contribute what they can. May be handled on-platform (Stripe) or off-platform (cash).
Platform commission applies if processed through Stripe. No role if off-platform.
For cash and off-platform payments: Wanderer has no visibility into those transactions and cannot offer payment protection, dispute resolution, refund management, or any guarantee of payment. Hosts and Attendees transact entirely at their own risk.
4.4 Prohibited Event Listings
The following events and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Events involving activities that are unlawful in the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
Events promoting, facilitating, or involving sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any kind.
Events involving minors in inappropriate activities or where age-appropriate safeguards are absent.
Events promoting hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment on any basis.
Events involving non-consented activities or deception of Attendees.
Events designed to defraud participants.
Events whose primary purpose is recruitment into organizations that use coercive, deceptive, or abusive practices.
Wanderer reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any listing that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or may expose Wanderer or its users to legal risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Wanderer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Wanderer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for Platform operations and marketing. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WANDERER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT; ANY WARRANTY THAT ANY EVENT IS SAFE, SUITABLE, OR LEGAL; ANY WARRANTY THAT HOSTS ARE QUALIFIED OR LICENSED.
WANDERER DOES NOT INVESTIGATE, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE IDENTITY, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR BACKGROUND OF ANY HOST, ATTENDEE, VENUE, OR EVENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 General Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WANDERER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA; PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY EVENT; CRIMINAL PROSECUTION OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM ATTENDING OR HOSTING AN EVENT; FRAUDULENT OR NEGLIGENT CONDUCT BY ANY HOST OR ATTENDEE; TECHNICAL FAILURES OR DATA LOSS; OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND.
7.2 Cap on Liability
To the extent Wanderer has any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Wanderer's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the total fees paid by you to Wanderer in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim; or (B) one hundred euros (EUR €100).
7.3 Off-Platform Payments
Wanderer expressly disclaims all liability arising from payment transactions conducted outside the platform (cash, bank transfer, or any other off-platform method). Wanderer has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for such transactions. Any dispute between a Host and an Attendee regarding an off-platform payment is exclusively between those parties.
7.4 Specific Exclusion — Illegal Events
Wanderer expressly disclaims all liability for: any claims arising from events that violate the laws of any jurisdiction; harm resulting from a Host's failure to obtain required permits; harm arising from participation in events involving substances or activities that are illegal in any relevant jurisdiction; health consequences, adverse reactions, injury, or death from any event activity; and governmental or law enforcement actions against Hosts or Attendees.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wanderer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Platform; your event listings or participation in any event; any violation of these Terms or applicable law; any failure to obtain required permits or licenses; any harm, injury, or loss suffered by any person in connection with your event; any misrepresentation made by you on or through the Platform; any off-platform payment dispute; and any taxes or levies owed by you in connection with your use of the Platform.
9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the legal compliance obligations above, you agree not to:
Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on any third party's rights.
Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user.
Use the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malware.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or termination.
Use contact data (WhatsApp numbers, Instagram handles, email addresses) of other users accessed via the Platform for commercial solicitation, mailing lists, or any purpose unrelated to the specific event for which the data was shared.
Share or redistribute personal data of other users obtained via the Platform with any third party.
Use event listings or profiles to redirect users to competing platforms or external booking systems that replicate or bypass Wanderer's core functionality.
Use the Platform to send spam or bulk unsolicited communications to other users.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.wanderer.live/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein. You acknowledge that Wanderer may disclose your information where required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.
Hosts who access Attendee data (including WhatsApp numbers and Instagram handles) through the platform assume the role of independent data controllers for that data. Hosts must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, when processing Attendee personal data. Wanderer is not responsible for Hosts' data processing activities.
11. Suspension and Termination
Wanderer may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected illegal activity; violation of these Terms; misuse of user contact data; complaints from other users; or for any legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Italian consumer protection law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo). 12.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@wanderer.live. We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [DA INSERIRE LA CITTA], Italy. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12.3 Time Limitation
You must bring any claim against Wanderer within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or such claim is permanently waived and barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Wanderer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
